I thank God for this opportunity to share the word of God with you. The word of God is so powerful, and whenever it is shared, something happens. So from today, your life will never be the same again because the word which gives life will enter your heart. If you desire to see your life change, in a very true and significant way, just read the scriptures. I encourage you to read the word of God every day and you will see for yourself.
Philippians 4:4
I love this scripture because it is so practical to our present lives and it is helpful. The word of God tells us to rejoice in everything and the situation. In our daily lives, everyone goes through challenges.
No one lives a challenge-free life. By the way, challenges are good because they make us grow when we conquer them. We live our lives with a purpose when we find solutions to our problems and other people's as well. Problems make life interesting, a game. Without challenges life can be boring and miserable, we can prove this.
Many a time, especially when we are weak in spirit, these challenges come. We tend to become anxious and lose hope. But what does the word of God say:-
'Rejoice in all things, do not be anxious, let God know your requests through prayer and He will give you peace that surpasses human understanding.'
In Mathew 6:25
Jesus commands us not too anxious about anything. 'Why do you worry about life?' God knows what you need and what you are going through and He is a just God.
Mathew 7:7
He says, 'Ask and it shall be given, seek, knock...' Instead of worrying about your situation, just pray.
According to the scriptures which we have read, when you face any challenge or problem, it is important things to:-
1. Rejoice
2. Not to be anxious
3. Pray, ask
It is as simple as highlighted above. God will always help you when you call upon Him, when you trust Him and when you love him. He is a faithful God and says that His word and promise shall be accomplished. When you rejoice at times of difficulty, you affirm that God is in control. It is an act of faith to rejoice when in a difficult and challenging situation. However, rejoicing is the key to break-through. Paul and Silas chose to sing songs of praise to God while in the prison. They overlook the situation they were in and just focused on God. God visited them in Prison as they sang hymns and delivered them in a mighty way.
Present your request through thanks-giving because of the trust and assurance you have in God. This will for sure give you peace no matter what is happening around you.
Think positive. Every inspiration book I have read never misses this point, right?
Philippians 4:8.
The Bible/word of God is a solution to every problem. Finally, Brethren, Watch your attitude and what you think about it! Your thoughts should be truthful, honest, just, pure, lovely, virtuous, praiseworthy. Our God knows every thought we have. He says that he will do exceedingly beyond what we have imagined. Watch your thoughts and attitude.
